1. Who we are

Roz Hisaab is an app for keeping household accounts: daily services, documents, rent, tuition and trusted helpers. The app is operated by Singhani Wealth Management (Udyam UDYAM-HR-02-0041040), Village Singhani, Loharu, District Bhiwani, Haryana 127201 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles and your choices, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. Data that stays on your phone

Everything you enter (services, bills, documents, tenants, students, helpers and your profile) is stored on your phone. We cannot see it. It is not uploaded unless you turn on Cloud sync.

3. Data we process if you turn on Cloud sync

If you sign in, we store your email address, name, mobile number and city, and copies of the records you enter, so they can be backed up and shared with family members you invite. This can include names and phone numbers of people you record, such as tenants, students, parents and helpers. Only add people's details if you have a genuine reason and, where needed, their permission.

4. Purposes

We use this data only to sync and back up your records, share them with the family members you choose, provide Pro features, apply referral rewards, answer support requests and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Payments

Rent, fees and bills are paid from your own UPI app directly to the other person's bank account. Roz Hisaab never receives or holds this money and never sees your UPI PIN or bank details. Pro subscriptions are bought through Google Play; Google processes that payment and shares only the purchase status with us.

6. Service providers

Cloud data is hosted by Supabase on servers in India (Mumbai). Subscriptions are handled by Google Play. If you connect Google Drive, backups are saved in a private app folder in your own Google Drive that only Roz Hisaab can open; we do not receive them. You can disconnect anytime in Profile. These providers act on our instructions and protect your data.

7. Sponsored cards

Free users may see sponsored cards from advertisers. We count how many times a card is shown and tapped, without linking this to your records or identity. Pro users do not see sponsored cards.

8. Notifications and permissions

The app asks to send notifications for daily reminders and renewal alerts. It opens your dialer, WhatsApp and UPI apps only when you tap a button. It does not read your contacts, messages, location or photos.

9. How long we keep data

Cloud data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your cloud account in Profile, your cloud records are deleted within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something longer. Data on your phone stays until you delete it or uninstall the app.

10. Your rights

You can see and correct your data in the app at any time, copy all of it from Profile, and delete your cloud account from Profile. You can also ask us about your data, ask for correction or erasure, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance, using the contacts below.

11. Children

Roz Hisaab is meant for adults. If you are under 18, use the app only with a parent or guardian, who must agree to this policy on your behalf.

12. Security

Data sent to our servers is encrypted in transit, and each family's records can be read only by its members. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your phone locked and your email account safe.

13. Grievance officer and contact

14. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date below and tell you in the app. Effective from 19 October 2026.
