1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Singhani Wealth Management for using the Roz Hisaab app. By using the app you agree to them.

2. What the app does

Roz Hisaab helps you record and calculate household accounts, track renewals, rent and tuition, and keep a list of helpers. Totals, reminders and messages are based on what you enter, so please check important amounts and dates yourself.

3. Not a payment or financial service

We do not collect, hold or transfer money. Payment buttons only open your own UPI app with the details filled in, and you confirm every payment there. We are not responsible for payments, refunds or disputes between you and the person you pay or collect from.

4. Your account and data

You are responsible for the records you add, including details of other people. Use them only for your household or work and do not share them with others without reason. Keep backups; we are not liable for data lost from your phone.

5. Pro subscriptions

Pro plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions bought through Google Play. A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid plan unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Features of free and Pro plans may change, and we will tell you about important changes.

6. Referral rewards

Referral rewards are given once per new user, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn if misused.

7. Helpers, partners and listings

Helpers you save are your own contacts. Verified helpers and partner offers, when available, are independent businesses. We do not employ them, and any work, price or dispute is between you and them.

8. Fair use

Do not misuse the app, try to access other people's data, harass anyone through messages sent from the app, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed reminders, wrong entries or decisions made using the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the previous 12 months.

10. Ending use

You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhiwani, Haryana have jurisdiction.
